THE N'TAKOU
Founded in 2015 in Asnières-sur-Seine, France, The N'Takou is a humanitarian organization committed here and there to children from low-income households. Inspired by the French education system and South Korea's Han River miracle, The N'Takou campaigns for access to popular education in Africa.
Leadership
The Founder
The daughter of a diplomat who grew up in England, South Korea, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo and France, Georgina Siaba was educated in the French lycées of the Agence pour l'Enseignement Français à l'Etranger (AEFE) network. Passionate about Africa and literature, she set sail on social and solidarity entrepreneurship and created The N'Takou in 2015 to move the lines.
His humanitarian heart has earned him numerous distinctions around the world.

According to the UNESCO Institute for Statistics (UIS data), the primary school completion rate will be 68% in 2022 for girls and 69% for boys.
The N'Takou responds to a North/South dynamic through a cultural cooperation link with France and has a very local approach in the field.

In Cameroon, gross secondary school enrolment rates reveal a gender gap, with 43% of girls enrolled compared to 48% of boys. The low level of education, particularly for girls, is partly due to the relatively high number of child marriages and early pregnancies.
